From our family to yours.
We are the Davies family, and Davies Doggies is our dog shop — family owned and operated, and the sibling store to Davies Babies. We make pieces for pups of all sizes, plus the owner versions that let you match them. Every design is picked by our family, every order is printed when you buy it, and there’s a real family standing behind every package that goes out.
Why pups get a store of their own
Davies Babies began with little clothes for babies — and for the pups who are babies too. Davies Doggies gives the four-legged side of the family its own front door, while Davies Babies stays exactly what it is: the baby store. The two stores showcase each other’s products, both ways.
In a lot of homes, the dog isn’t just a pet — she’s one of the kids. So Doggies starts with the pup, in every size the line offers, and then asks the question this store was built around: would the owner like the same design?
We print each piece to order instead of stocking shelves. It takes a few extra days, and we think it’s worth it: your piece is made for your pup, not pulled off a warehouse pile.

Most of our pup and owner apparel is made to order — printed after you check out — so it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf stores.
How long it takes
Every product page shows its own timeframe, and that page is the one to go by. In general:
- Made-to-order apparel: about 4–15 business days
- Moon & Stars Bandana: about 4–6 business days
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Your full total — items, shipping, and any taxes — is shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise charges later.
What shipping costs
Free shipping for members. A Davies Doggies account is free, and if you are signed in when you check out, US shipping is $0 on every order.
Standard shipping is a flat $7.99 per order. The rate does not change with the number of items in the order.
Separate packages are normal
If your order includes more than one piece, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’re never charged extra shipping for the split.
Tracking & delays
You’ll get tracking by email when your order ships. Things can slow down around holidays — if your order seems lost or is running very late, email us at michael@daviesbabies.baby and we’ll track it down for you.

We want every pup — and every owner match — to be right. Here’s exactly how we handle it when it isn’t.
If something arrives wrong
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or simply the wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You never pay return shipping for a mistake that was ours or our printer’s.
Ordered the wrong size?
Most of our pieces are printed to order just for you, so we can’t put them back on a shelf. But email us anyway — we’ll help you reorder the right size at a discount. We’d rather make it right than leave you stuck.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. After approval, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post it.

What we collect
- Your name, email, shipping address, and order details when you buy something
- Your name and email when you create a free account — and your pups’ names, breeds, weights, and sizes if you save their profiles
- Your name, email, optional order number, and message when you contact us
- Your shopping bag — which is stored only in your own browser, on your device
What we never see
Your full card number. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Who we share it with
Only the print and fulfillment partners who make and ship your order — they receive your name, address, and what you ordered — plus Stripe to process payment. We do not sell your information. Ever.

Made to order
Most products are printed after you order. Product photos are renders that show the design and placement; small variations in color or print position can happen in real printing and aren’t defects.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Your full total — items, shipping, and any taxes — is shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise charges after checkout.
Errors
If an obvious pricing or description error sneaks in, we may correct it and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
Designs you send us
If you ask us about a custom design, you confirm that any artwork you send is yours to use.

How long will my order take?
Most made-to-order apparel takes about 4–15 business days; each product page shows its own timeframe. See Shipping & delivery for the full picture.
How does the Match Price work?
Put a pup piece and its owner match — the same design, side by side — in the bag together, and $3 comes off in the bag. For the Hawaiian shirts, pick the same print on both.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Different pieces can be made and sent separately, so orders may arrive in more than one package a few days apart. That’s normal — and never costs you extra shipping.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace it free or refund you. Details on Returns & exchanges.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as fast as you can. Once a made-to-order piece has gone to print — usually within a day — we can’t stop it, but we’ll always tell you honestly where it stands.
How much is shipping?
